Typical Tuscan cooking

Tastes, aromas, colours and consistency: with us you will see created with your own eyes tasty, genuine dishes, made from first class products, typical of this very fertile territory.

The course

A cook, with his helper, will come to the house where you are spending your holiday, with a basket full of local season products, and will then teach you, in your kitchen to prepare the typical Tuscan ‘ciaccia’ – focaccia, hand –made potato gnocchi (as his grandmother taught him), roast chicken with potatoes and other typical dishes, including an excellent dessert.

The menu follows the changes of the season and uses the best products offering.

The dinner is prepared by you under the guidance of an expert cook, and will be accompanied by an excellent local wine.

At the end of the meal’s preparation, the table will be set and you can taste all that you have prepared, in the complete tranquility of your house and in the company of your family and friends.
Hopefully this will give you great pleasure, which will allow you to discover the cook in you!

Note

The average duration is around 3 hours, without the dinner. The forecast starting time is around 5p.m. then until the end of the meal.

For groups of more than 6 people, the course can be organized in the kitchen of an agriturism or a restaurant in Cortona.
