The house is part of a large estate in the Val D’Orcia which dates back to the Benedictine period monks. The house was originally the residence of peasants who worked at the nearby Abbey. The ground has many walking or mountain bike trails. This is a wonderful house to enjoy a typically Tuscan holiday. This 13th Century house was once inhabited by peasants who worked the grounds of the Benedictine Monk’s Abbey who lived in this part of the Val d’Orcia.
