The house is part of a large estate in the Val D’Orcia which dates back to the Benedictine period monks. The house was originally the residence of peasants who worked at the nearby Abbey. The ground has many walking or mountain bike trails. This is a wonderful house to enjoy a typically Tuscan holiday. The area of Val D’Orcia offers scents and colours of every season which remain a lovely memory.

Around 14km away is San Casicano dei Bagni which is famous for its spa waters and beautiful spa, other thermal baths are available at San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni.
