This 13th Century house was once inhabited by peasants who worked the grounds of the Benedictine Monk’s Abbey who lived in this part of the Val d’Orcia.

It has been restored slowly keeping as much to its origins as possible.

The restoration has created a holiday cottage for relaxation and tranquillity in an unspoilt part of Tuscany. The house is located in a small ecosystem of many trails to explore the surrounding area on foot or by mountain bike.

The house is located a few kilometres from the beautiful town of Sarteano and from here you can easily reach the surrounding small towns of Tuscany and Umbria.

The house has an area of 580m2 over 2 levels.

The swimming pool is open from mid May to mid October. The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas. The property has a fishing lake available for those who love to fish.
