The house has been carefully restored respecting the original Tuscan characteristics with cool terracotta floors, a wonderful stone bathroom and kitchen, exposed wood ceiling beams and stone walls. Keeping the cottage feel the house has been furnished in a simple but functional manner for its guests.

The house is divided on 2 levels: On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a fireplace, a kitchen with a large table, a double bedroom and a bathroom. An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. The 1km2 of land surrounding the property is completely fenced making it safe for children to wander and play where they like.

There are 2 swimming pools: the large pool is 12x6m with a depth from 0.9m to 1.9m while the small pool, which is ideal for children, is 6x3m with a depth of just 0.7m and is heated.

The house comes complete with a lovely outside area for dining and relaxing and is furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. For parents this is an ideal position for you to keep an eye on the children whilst they are playing in the pool.
