Villa Tuscany 118 is able to accommodate 6 people and is made up of two old farmhouses dating back to the end of the 1800’s, destined as houses for farm laborers, they have been carefully restored maintaining intact their characteristics offering a pleasant and perfect image of the traditional and architectural Tuscan style.

Both the farmhouse have access by a typical external staircase, the bigger house is made up of a large lounge room with a fireplace, fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 4 jet cooking top, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with a shower. The smaller farmhouse is made up of a lounge room with a Tuscan fireplace, fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwashers, 4 jet cooking top. One double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower.

The farmhouses are found in a flat and relaxing area of the Valdichiana, a few kilometers from the Etruscan city of Cortona. Available is a beautiful swimming pool with a tree lined area, sun beds, garden furniture and large umbrellas. Available for guest is the laundry, gazebo, barbecue and the shaded un-guarded parking area.

The farmhouses are in a good position for visiting the small hamlets of Tuscany and Umbria. The area is ideal for rides on bicycles or mountain bikes, a few kilometers away there are 2 signposted cycle tracks.
