The villa has direct access to the garden by large French doors (all with fly screens) from the front part, there has been developed terraces, lawns and a garden from which the swimming pool can be accesses, supplied with a electrolysis salt system and a solar shower, bordered by lawns and flower beds of roses, from here at the height of 500mt can be enjoyed the sweeping view of the vast panorama of the Valdichiana, until the hills of Siena that cut the horizon with magnificent sunsets. In the property there are various paths to walk through the olive groves, ideal for easy trekking, and from which it is possible to reach Cortona passing near to the Santa Maria Nuova Church.

>From the villa it is possible to reach the beautiful hamlets of Tuscany and Umbria. We advise using the train from the station at Camucia or at Terontola to reach the big city centres such as: Rome, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Arezzo with a trip of a maximum of 1 ½ hours.For the small hamlets such as : Montepulciano, Pienza, Corciano, Castiglione del Lago, Montalcino, Siena, Trevi, Spello,Gubbio, the Val d’Orcia, the Casentino, it is necessary to have a car. Each one of these hamlets can be reached in maximum drive of 1 ½ hours. If you arrive at the Villa by train, we can arrange to rent a car for you, or we can organize a transfer service.
