The Clitunno Agritourism takes its name from the slow flowing waters of the homonym River that crosses this beautiful property of about 15 hectares, surrounded by the Municipalities of Trevi, Montefalco and Foligno. The farmhouse is inserted in a natural environment of rare beauty, where the slow flowing eaters mark the rhythm of rural life. The dense vegetation of weeping willows and poplars creates a magic and suggestive scenery.
Apartment Clitunno is for 4 persons and is the most elegant of the building. It offers full disable facilities. Covering an area of almost 90sq.mt., the apartment has been realized using only bio-ecological technology and materials. It consists of a large lounge room with a fireplace, lounges, a flat-screen satellite TV, dining table and chairs, a fitted kitchen with an electric top with 2 hotplates, a double sink, fridge with a small freezer, a cupboard with provisions, toaster and kettle. Then you enter a large and bright double bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and shower, a second bedroom that can be double or twin with a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. Moreover, the lounges can become comfortable double beds. Apartment Clitunno is fully equipped with air-conditioning, hair-dryer, safe for a notebook computer, fast computer connection (adsl), direct telephone line. You can then enjoy relaxing moments in the large external space, furnished with tables, chairs and large umbrellas, with barbecue for grills and a wood oven for making pizza.

The Farmhouse has also a small restaurant of high quality, whose position is an ideal place for ceremonies and events, offering countless delicious dishes typical of the umbrian tradition. In the large garden you will find tables, large umbrellas and deck chairs to enjoy relaxing moments.
The swimming pool, open from April to October, measures 13x6 with a maximum depth of 1.60cm and is fenced to ensure the safety of young guests. Between the solarium area and the large saloon with fireplace of the restaurant, there is a large barbecue for grills, a wood oven for making pizza and a paved area for use as an open space furnished with tables, chairs and large umbrellas. That's the ideal area for a quiet reading, a glass of wine and outdoor dinners accompanied by the mild evening breeze and the sound of the flowing waters of the river.
Surroundings: In the small hamlet at 800mt. from the farmhouse, you can find food shops, a bakery, bar and pizzeria. At Sant'Eraclio and at Borgo Trevi (around 1.5km) there are commercial centres. Just a few metres away there is a cycle track that connects Spoleto to Foligno. The small hamlets of Trevi, Spello, Montefalco and Bevagna are rich in historical and cultural monuments, and have a lot to offer. From spring to autumn there are many events, for the sport enthusiasts a few km away is the Cascate dell Marmore for rafting, while at Valneria fishing enthusiast can find professional and amateur events.Music enthusiasts can reach in a short time, Spoleto which has the Festival of 2 Worlds, and Perugia with its famous Jazz Festival, as well there are many other more minor events that are always very interesting. The location of the agritourism is perfect for reaching quickly the small hamlets and the large art cities of Umbria and Tuscany.
