The farmhouse is situated on the summit of a hill overlooking the medieval hamlet of Monticchiello; in the distance the Renaissance towns of Pienza and Montepulciano.
The agriturism is found inside a Tuscan farmhouse, the owners live in a part of the property, while the other part of the house is reserved for guests,with a vast garden of around 1 hectare in front of it. The apartment on two levels as follows. Ground floor: entrance into the lounge room furnished with armchairs, divans, a large typical Tuscan table, fireplace, kitchen with an entrance into the garden that is furnished with outdoor furniture. On the upper floor you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Available for the exclusive use of guest (from June-September) there is a swimming pool of 6mt x 12mt and near to the agriturism it is possible to fish in two small lakes.
