The property was created from an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 1800’s, completely restored in June 2010 with respect for the original architecture.
With its stone look, the threshing room floor, and the wooden beams, it is possible to relive and taste the ancient atmosphere of a distant past, mixed to the comforts of today. Its elevated position, surrounded by a wood, dominates the entire Valdichiana, and also offers a view of a suggestive corner of Lake Trasimeno.

The ancient wood oven has been restored maintaining intact the fascination of a country era, and ideal for making excellent pizzas.
The barbecue in Tuscan bricks is in a marvellous panoramic position. The swimming pool, open from 1st May to 15th October, measuring 6mtx12mt with a depth of 0.80cm to 2mt, is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas, and completely fenced.
The villa is situated within a property of around 70 hectares of land, made up of woodland, and cultivated land with olive trees and a vineyard area, the part dedicated to guests is around 2 hectares, and is completely fenced.
