This apartment comfortably accommodates 6 persons and is ideal for families with small children, since it has a fenced garden and swimming pool, no stairs, and an independent external space with the exclusive use of the swimming pool, in common only with "Apt Tabacco 1".
The cosy Apartment “Tabacco 2” spreads over two floors and offers lovely views of the hill of Cortona. It is 90 sq.m. and consists of three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom), two bathrooms with shower and a large living room with kitchen corner.
The entrance to the property is shared with the owners, who occupy a third building which is independent from those of the guests. All the property is surrounded by a fence, and the internal courtyard has a vast parking area, there is an area with a wood oven and a barbecue that are at the complete disposal of the guests.
