Surroundings: From the villa, you can reach some breath-taking villages in Tuscany and Umbria. We advise you to have a car as the public transport system in the area is not the best. For excursions to the large art cities like Rome, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, or Arezzo we recommend to get there by train that depart from Camucia or Terontola and in a short time, you are right in the center of the city. For the small villages like Montepulciano, Pienza, Corciano, Castiglione del Lago, Montalcino, Siena, Trevi, Spello, Gubbio, Val d’Orcia, and il Casentino, it is necessary to have a car. Each of these villages can be reached in less than one hour and half of driving.
